I was very impressed with your decor . I found the bedroom sound proof. The staff on reception and at table and in the bedroom are very friendly and pleasant. I had steak that evening for dinner €22 and my steak was complete disappointment, one half fatty and the rest tasteless. The mushrooms served with it were also tasteless. I discussed these to waiter saying I appreciate its not the chef at fault but the poor quality meat and vegetables the responsibility of the management when ordering good food. V disappointed.

The hotel is one of many hotels in the vicinity of Madrid Barajas Airport. Location is great, within a 7-minute ride from the terminal. Upon arrival, we called the hotel reception, and the hotel Shuttle minibus arrived within minutes. The reception process was quick, and the room was very modern and spacious. It is one of a few Madrid Airport hotels where breakfast is included in the price. AS a matter of fact, the breakfast was the best we had during our 2-week stay in Spain.

It was generally good, loved view from room. Unfortunately the room was too cold due to a large single-pane large windows. Also, the shower-room was cold due to outdated air heater. Gym needs a uplift as well.

Great location, clean, comfortable, and the restaurant stayed open late enough that we could still get food at 11pm. Remarkably large bathroom for an economical Spanish hotel. Airport shuttle was very convenient and saved us on taxi fare!

The room was clean and comfort. The employees were really nice and the hotel is well decorated. The hotel is located close to the airport and you have to wait 5/6 minutes for a taxi to bring you to the city center (20 minutes by taxi).
