Hotel Oasis Park Splash

Where do I start, loveholidays are a absolute joke and this hotel needs closing down. Love holidays will take no responsibility about theor so called 4 star hotel , more like 1 . Never been to such a awful hotel before . Food rooms everything about this was so bad . Do not book here or through love holidays

myself and my daughter stayed here in september 2025, i had booked this for my daughters 15th bday has a suprize i has read the reviews before hand and was in 2 minds weather to book has there was alot of bad reviews but i thought i would see this for myself , i can tell you now for the 10 days we was there it was fantastic from the staff to the rooms, the entertainment there is lots to do there shops, beach and lots of places to eat near by we went all inclusive drinks good food was good i am glad i didnt let the reviews put me off has it was brilliant we enjoyed it so much i have booked again for september 2026 for 14 days so looking forward to it well done all who work here and see you all nxt year

Oh boy where to start... The room is really small, the 2 swimming pools are tiny, only the splash park is an okay size, not enough space to even go around the "big" swimming pool you have to actually balance yourself to no fall in. Food below average in quality and variety. That all said it would be fine if the experience was pleasant but staff ( bar serves, cleaning person, reception...) seen to go out of their ways to make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid like the plague

what a mistake to book my holiday from Loveholidays. they offered me a 4 star nice hotel plus flight and I purchased the holiday package . When we arrived at the hotel, thy put me and my partner in a damp room unlike the picture we saw with a horrible smell from detergents and bathroom .plus lots of noises of kids and drunk guests shouting around the corridors till 4 am. Next morning the reception staffs refused to change our room, so I called and complained to the provider. they called the hotel and finally they moved us to the top floor where there were better rooms. My room did not have heating at all and I slept with jacket and hoodies , no hotel style pillows or comfortable mattresses or duvets, just basic blanket and flat pillows. Still lots of noises specially at nights, very crowded hotel , so if you want a quiet place to rest and relax this hotel is not for you. Foods were good, nice buffet. We had breakfast and dinner included. To use indoor pool you need to pay 13 euros each person 40 minutes max. Parking is 13 euros a day. Overall the quality of this hotel is like motels and its hygiene is questionable. Why would this hotel earned 4 stars is another mystery. I am very regretful to book this hotel and would NOT recommend it.

Worst hotel we ever been. Food often undercooked and cold Not many choices of food Outside area is very small and dirty WiFi issues Entertainment only for very little kids And pretty much everyday is the same Never go back again Definitely not a 4 star hotel

After reading alot of bad reviews after booking i was worried. But we arrived and we where impressed with the welcome and the room. Modern and clean. The staff where lovely. We was breakfast and dinner the breakfast was lovely not so impressed with dinner. We was there for 4 nights we ate there twice for dinner and went out into town for 2 nights. It's cheap enough we didnt mind. The hotel is a 5 min walk from town with shops restaurants and the beach at the end. There is even a bowling crazy gold place 2 min walk away. Other than the dinner and maybe the struggle to get a sun bed we loved the hotel. We would come back
