The restaurant experience for dinner. We ordered noodles with prawns and vegetables for my 10 year old as we had the same for her lunch. But for dinner they bought us just prawns with vegetables with no noodles. When we questioned what’s going on? All the waitress said was no noodles and walked away. There was no explanation when we ordered it and nothing when the plate of food was given to us. Extremely disappointing!!

The best

Good location not too far from the centre. Very reasonable taxi ride in. Local bars and shops around the hotel Staff at hotel were excellent. Very helpful at all times. We had an issue with the bathroom but it was soon addressed once reported.. Good clean pool to cool off and gardens to relax in with plenty of loungers and shade.

Breakfast was a bit boring. Past the best fruit served each day. Our lunch choice was a bit disappointing. Pizza was served cold. Had a really good evening meal at the hotel, not overpriced.

Breakfast was nice plenty options to choose from.

To be improved

Some of the staff were not very friendly they should maybe encourage them to smile. Also there was a bad odour in our room unsure of the cause. Bar staff not in attendance if you wanted a drink and when they did appear they made us feel we were an inconvenience for asking.

Excellent location , close to motorway. Wonderful facilities, lovely air con room. Great restaurant on site. Close to centre of town or if just overnighting, short walk up to banks restaurants etc . Great pool and great value
