“Very disappointing not 4 star.”
The best

Very disappointing. Cleanliness an issue. Lift always breaking. Breakfast buffet poor with same selection every day and dirty water glasses. Staff often rude. Few amenities in room and no drink making facilities. Lack of shelf storage in rooms. We were stuck in the lift and when they eventually rescued us there wasn't even an offer of a free drink or something.

“Hotel in a great location but with a poor breakfast”

The rooms were nice and the hotel location really good. Everything was nearby.

I don’t understand if in a hotel there isn’t a power outlet next to the bed. If it has 2 beds then I expect both beds to have power outlets. Everybody has a phone to charge and some even more devices. The hotel should get that updated. Additionally the worse breakfast experience in a long time. The breakfast area was so dirty and the staff didn’t care about that at all. Also didn’t enjoy the breakfast. The choice was poor and food was cold. The scrambled eggs didn’t taste good and to refill the fruits tray, it took about 20 minutes to do it.
