“Perfect stay”
The best

We arrived at night and we wanted triple room. There were two very helpful reception called Yanira and Alain, they helped us with patient and show us the room. My family were so happy with everything about the hotel specially the reception who helped us to stay in the hotel.

“Good location”
The best

Not sure if this is 4 star. Small rooms which are clean and basic. Good shower. Close to Opera metro and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was very average with the worst scramble eggs and bacon we have ever tasted. Thank goodness for the continental option.

The best

Noelia and Francesco we extremely helping giving directions. Noelia speaks great English she was very helpful with our phones also. Rooms were clean and bright. The restaurant was very good. Loved the food!

“Handy for the Opera, Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor.”
The best

Very handy for central Madrid, walking distance to most of the major sites. My room was clean and comfortable but noisy as it is above the reception and the sound went on late into the night in the hotel and the street. A higher floor would be better. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

“A visit to Madrid with friends”
The best

This hotel is very centrally located we are 3 women aged 56-68 and we were able to walk everywhere due to the location being so central. The hotel was very clean with a lovely bar/restaurant. We did the breakfast which was only ok as it was not very hot but there was a good choice. On the Friday night we did their tasting menu accompanied by Ópera which was a wonderful experience.
