“Great hotel and very friendly staff.”
The best

Hotel and staff were all amazing. Originally booked due to its convenience of being close to the airport and city centre while being very affordable. Couldn't ask more for the room itself, or the staff there were happy to answer any questions.

To be improved

The area around the hotel doesn't have much going on. One night there were issues and the police were called near by. Its a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro into town though and I did feel safe enough on my trip.

Overall interior of lobby · Cons: - Pool was not as we expected, it is more for children than infinity pool. - need to deposit for pool towels , dirty sun loungers - if you need the iron you need to to take it from reception and bring it back, so no actual room service. When I complained about above I was told that they are the rules made by owner, so no other logic behind it and it made me sad that owner does not care about reputation and customers. Location - if you are tourist it will take at lest 30 min to get anywhere by taxi”
