I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel. As of July 2025, the road to the hotel is under construction, so it’s impossible to reach by car. Moreover, due to the tourist season, it takes a lot of time to find a nearby parking space. I had requested the hotel in advance to reserve a parking spot, but after the booking became non-refundable, I was informed that no parking was available. This clearly felt like they just wanted to take my money. On the day of arrival, I reluctantly called to ask if they could at least tell me where to park nearby, but the staff member who answered only spoke Spanish and was very rude. If they cannot speak English, they should not be listed on major hotel booking sites. I want a full refund.

“Location is great! Right next to a popular square with lots of places to have a drink/breakfast but also quiet at night. Very friendly staff and great that they allow dogs to stay. The room was comfortable and very clean. · Cons: The only thing would be that we found it difficult to find public parking. We ended up finding a few options about 10 minutes walk away so not bad in the end :)”
