“Meals comfortable. Patient French over dinner Parking worked, almost outside Good modern shower, with pressure over bath, despite being old bldg and 4 levels up. Had jug to boil water. Dog Loopy is part of the family. Great for me but you might not be of same ilk? · Cons: I was not introduced by name. Found out later, by inference, then next day asking. Room very dark. Had trouble ensuring I didn't miss any of my belongings. Watch that you need to travel light. I had a backpack with the day's requirements to take the 4 levels upstairs, not a case. I couldn't turn air conditioning off and woke early with cold legs despite earlier moving covering to double.”

“OK for a stop over”

Very friendly and helpful at reception Comfortable bed with choice of pillows The room was a bit rough around the edges but ok for a one night stop over The bar was very busy at midday Access and parking very good

To be improved

The bar staff in the evening were not very helpful, it seems they are more interested in the local custom more than guests of the hotel. however the food was reasonable and price was ok
