I liked the location! Everything else was not up to scratch!

To be improved

On arrival .The staff was not accepting an EU identity card despite the fact that has been accepted in all airports and other hotels in Spain accepted without questions . They also did not accept a perfectly valid NIE issued by and accepted in all Spanish authorities.in the end they accepted them as I said ok I will leave and want refund .

The hotel is in the city centre

To be improved

Noisy street and there was no curtain or anything similar on the bathroom window to prevent the neighbours to see into the bathroom
