“Great value, small and cozy hotel”

The best

Cosy and clean hotel. The staff are very attentive to guests and welcoming. Nice breakfast for 6 euros - great value. The location is a bit remote, but only about 15 min drive to the city center.

To be improved

Although the staff put a lot of efforts into maintaining the property well, you can feel its age. At times there was a smell of mold, but it wasn’t too bad. Also can be a bit noisy sometimes due to aircon or washing machine working, and ventilation from the restaurant. But at night it was all ok, so didn’t disturb the sleep. We kept aircon off at night.

The hotel is just a short walk to the train station which gets you to San Sebastian in just 15 minutes. · Cons: We had neighbors who were a little noisy and had a barking dog. I don't think they were being overly loud, but more that the walls are a bit thin.”

“Served it’s purpose as a stopover.”

Room was spacious and bathroom was very roomy.

To be improved

All of the steps to the check in. Although we were shown the lift but it was not available after our return at 2115 Also due to wooden floors in our room you could hear every movement above.
