The location is absolutely a gem.

Location is very convenient only couple minutes walking to the bridge.
Parking is 500 meters away a little far and a bit hard to load/unload in front of the hotels.
“Room Cancelled 1 Day Before Arrival – No Refund, Inferior Replacement”
I booked Hotel Hemingway via Booking.com several months in advance, travelling from Australia to Ronda for a special reunion with my parents, both in their 80s. Payment was made in full and everything confirmed. The day before arrival, I received a call saying they had overbooked and I would have to stay in another hotel whilst my parents would stay at Hotel Hemingway. I explained the importance of this trip and asked if they could reconsider, perhaps looking at relocating guests that are not a part of three with two guests in their 80s. They refused, showed no compassion, and shifted me to an inferior hotel. To make matters worse, they offered no refund or partial refund, charging full price for a room they cancelled last minute and replaced with a substandard alternative. I asked to speak to a manager, left my details, and followed up by email, but received no response. Multiple Booking.com queries were also ignored. The total lack of accountability and customer service is appalling. I would not recommend booking this hotel.
“Small room, far parking, OK hotel”
Old and "tired" hotel, located perfectly near the bridge and close to the pedestrian area. Rooms are very small, bed is comfortable and shower is good. Breakfast was also rich and tasty. Parking is very far away 8-9 minutes walk from the hotel.

Gorgeous property, incredibly helpful staff, and one of the most fun wine tastings I've done in ages. Perfectly central location. Was able to easily park long enough to drop bags, and then got discounted parking at a garage about a ten minute walk away that holds spots for hotel guests which reduced any stress about that. Highly recommend, want to come back!
Check in was a little slow, but part of that was because it was thorough and the couple ahead of me had lots of questions!
