“Nice hotel, definitely not worth 5 stars anymore”
The best

Definitely was a very nice hotel 20 years ago. The bedrooms are very spacious and very comfortable

To be improved

The facilities regarding the pool area are very old and dirty. Cheap and very few sunbeds, loud music like in Jesolo. We were asked to tell when we will arrive and I wrote a time and however we had to wait 10 minutes bevor anyone showed up. Some things in the bedrooms are outdated and not working.

The best

Beautiful building set in the heart of Ubeda’s historical area. Since it is off season, the only staff we saw was very friendly, helped us check-in and out and valeted our car.

To be improved

Cleaning wasn’t up to par especially the tub which had black stains at the corners.
