The room was comfortable and clean . The view lovely

We arrived and had to let ourselves in . We had been left a key to the room and no staff at property . There was no information- no bar open , no food , no water . Nothing , this is no good after a long drive . There was no information on the WIFI left for guests and there is no tour desk as stated . This is very difficult if you need to eat and drink. We were left alone to try and find alternative options as no facilities available at hotel . This is not expected of a 3 star hotel and not a friendly welcome for guests arriving .

No hot drinks available at the property in the evening - a real inconvenience when there are no facilities available either in the village. Could not get a WiFi connection in the attic room
