Everything was excellent—great staff, delicious food, amazing view…

To be improved

I think you should consider hiring more staff. They do their job very well, but there are too few people—for example, at the reception desk. This is not a cheap hotel, so I assume you could afford to hire more employees. It would help reduce the stress on your current staff, who are clearly doing their best.

“Beautiful stay with amazing terrace”
The best

The terrace was amazing. Nice cocktails, top notch vibe and really calm. The room was big and comfy.

To be improved

I hoped we could get some food also after the breakfast time and before the lunch time. Not nice not allowing to eat a smoothies delivered in the terrace or common area. I did not appreciate it, that is why 9 and not 10.
