“Lovely quiet stay in the heat of Cala egos”

The staff were lovely and the hotel was simply beautiful. The room was recently renovated too, and we were given a ground floor room which felt like our own mini apartment.

To be improved

The bathroom could be better designed. The shower water leaks all over the floor and so we had to use towels to manage the water. The wall separation was damp and leaked water which will eventually result in mould.

Not really much to say apart that it's cheap hotel.

Hotel is very old, smells really bad everywhere. Food was just okay, drinks too. They should consider about renovation cause the hotel really needs it.

“so-so vacation”

We had all inclusive buffet style food. Breakfasts were always very tasty. Lots of fruits and vegetables for all meals. The food was more or less the same. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach, the beach is sandy The rooms were cleaned every day and the bed linen was changed every day.

To be improved

We had block 6 and that meant that from the city side there was very loud music in the evenings until 12 midnight. The quality of the dishes leaves much to be desired, often the dishes, plates, forks and spoons were poorly washed, there were a lot of greasy stains. This holiday would be good for families who speak French as much of the information and entertainment and children's groups were in French In the room we saw cockroaches. Wi-Fi for an additional fee, 6 Euros per day Towels for sun loungers are also available at an additional cost

“For a 3 star hotel, it did the job.”

The property was in a great location at the reception staff were wonderful, they let us store our baby milk in the fridge and welcomed us to get it as and when we pleased, all with a smile. They all made a fuss of our little boy and helped with whatever we needed We knew when we booked that this hotel caters for French holiday makers and the entertainment was mostly in French. Pre dinner games were all in French but that didn’t stop us having a good time,

To be improved

There was a severe sewage smell in our bathroom that was awful to smell everyday. The dinner plates for the buffet were very dirty and sometimes there was still dirty dish water in bowls.
