Good value considering the service and overall experience, although the food was criticized in one review.
Rooms are spacious with great views, but some maintenance issues noted.
“The hotel itself was very clean, in a good location with shops directly opposite the entrance. The staff were amazing (especially Paloma, who left us sweet treats on arrival & prosecco on check out). The entertainment was good, although there were some evenings it was a bit poor but overall no issues. Right on the cliff face so the views (when sunny) were incredible! The premium pool area & the adults only pool were good with lots of sun loungers & seating. The food was good, the asian & greek/turkish?! night were fantastic. Breakfast and lunch were the same most days, but with an all inclusive buffet what do you expect! The crepes in the afternoon were a major hit & cooked fresh. The transport to local areas (Porto Cristo & Cala D’or) was easily accessible! · Cons: When we went it rained 3/7 days & the only covered area was inside. As most people sat in here there were very few tables remaining & it felt extremely packed. The adults pool bar shut relatively early (4:30ish) which meant there was no access to drinks after that time unless we walked back to the hotel (seems a small issue, but was quite an inconvenience). Evening entertainment on some days felt like it catered just towards the children, not a major issue but meant the adults didn’t really have a lot to do.”

“Great staff”
Paloma & the crew treated us amazingly!! We spent part of our honeymoon here, and they secured us the best room on the property, cake on arrival & champagne on our final night. We were so relaxed & looked after the whole week.
“Exceptional”
Wonderful host!
“Overall impressions are 100% positive, this is exactly the place I would like to return to again.”
We really liked everything: food, atmosphere, location and very spacious room
One evening, there was loud music playing right under our window, but only on one of the evenings and only until 11:00 p.m.
“Lovely Stay!”
We had a lovely stay! The rooms were beautiful, modern, and clean. The vip pool section was so nice right on the water. There were lots of nice touches for vip guests such as appetizers in the pool sections and drinks/treats left in the room. Staff were all fantastic with our little one (special shoutout to Paloma and Nelly!) We liked that it was accessible to the little town/shops directly behind. Also the lobby smelled soooooo good lol.
Elevators in the main building were the worst part. People with strollers/disabilities are seriously at a disadvantage because they take FOREVER. We generally ended up carrying the stroller down the stairs because it was easier, I also saw a gentleman on crutches doing the same. I understand this is likely Spanish lifestyle but lunch starting at 1 and dinner starting at 7 was WAY too late for us. We like to eat around 11 & 5 so it was tough to wait around this long, especially considering we have a young child who is typically in bed by 8. We are used to Mexico resorts where they have a daily buffet and also a la carte restaurants where you can book for a menu dinner which are also included in the price. This would be a nice touch since you do get sick of the buffet everyday. However the food was good!
“Nice get away”
The hotel and staff were fantastic. Paloma, she was brilliant. Always checked in on us and very attentive. Plenty of food options for the buffet.
