“Perfect location, clean hotel, good food... · Cons: The family rooms are difficult to access without an elevator, our rooms are located in building 3 with many steps to climb and descend, without the possibility of changing the room even contracted. As for the entertainment program, it was very chaotic (poorly prepared)”

The best

Great location right on the beach. The pool area is very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The all inclusive was worth it, the food was better than expected with lots of options available that varied a bit each day.

To be improved

The reception was empty when we arrived and a couple of other times when we needed something. The pool had limited opening hours (10am to 6pm)

Everything was great, the hotel even arranged a room on 5th floor with wonderful views for my wife's birthday, the staff were all a credit to the hotel and iona was great organising pool side and evening entertainment
