Hotel Palladium

The location was perfect: 10 minutes walking from the center of Palma. The room was big and with a Nice terrace. All was clean and right. My plus was the private gym that you could book: I used almost every day and loved it, staff was Nice and professional. I got breakfast for 15 euros and was happy: eggs, fresh fruit and lord of cheese and Serrano. I will stay here again, totally recommended!

I have booked a standard room for nine nights, the staff at reception were kind and welcoming. For a four star rating the room, although clean, advertised with 20m² barely offered enough space for two people with two suitcases. The bathroom, very small and uncomfortable, displayed an ugly water resistant paint rather than some decorative tiling. There was an electric kettle but no coffee/tea bags. The paper cups provided leaked when filled with water. The overall room amenities were very basic and are not worthy of the four star rating. R.H.

Had a great stay at this hotel last week. Staff were superb on arrival, very welcoming and efficient check in, lots of information given to us and very helpful. The location of this hotel is great too, with everything in the city centre just a very short walk from the hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep too. We booked a junior suite, which was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We had views overlooking the main road outside. The room and bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was superb too with excellent water pressure. We slept so well in this room. Unfortunately we only had one night but we will definitely come back to this hotel the next time we stay in Palma. The night time staff member who was on when we checked out was also very friendly and helpful. We had booked a taxi the evening before with reception as we had a very early start and this was taken care of for us and was there at the time we had requested. All in all, a great stay and we look forward to coming back again for longer soon.

The location was perfect; 10 minutes walking from the center of the city, 3 minutes from buses to Illetes and Cala Major and airport as well 20 minutes estacio intermodal. The room was big and all was nice including the terrace and the toilet. The hotel private gym that you could book was my plus: I used almost every day! For sporty people this is a great plus! Staff was extremely kind, and professional. The price was ok for what you offer, I had breakfast to be added for 15 euros a day; this included eggs, fresh fruit, lots of cheese and ham and other things: I was happy with it. I will stay here again: totally recommended,
