“Very convenient location as I was in Palma for my mother's funeral.”

Poor selection of breakfast . Coffee was quite awful.1 day lack of clean tables cluttered with dirty plates & cups when waitresses where in duty. Other days , waiter was much better constantly clearing & making sure that what was there was presentable. Very poor water pressure, shower was no better than a trickle .

“Do not stay here if you want to be treated poorly only good thing was location.”

They made a mistake with our booking and refused to correct the mistake they had made saying it was our fault. They then charged us an extra night and after multiple days of taking to management and them accepting they had stuffed up they still refuse to give us a refund to this day. Both Lucia and Francesca were the rudest receptionist and Manager I have ever met.

“Mid tier hotel, very overpriced in the holidays, but overall fine”

The hotel was in a really good position, the reception was always open and always avaiable and the room was cleaned every day.

To be improved

The room was quite old with damaged things and lighting of the room was quite poor leading to a dark environment. The breakfast was poor with low quality choice of foods and beverages but overall fine. There was the minibar in the room but there was nothing inside the fridge, not even water, I had placed a can of cola inside the fridge and it was throw out by the cleaning lady.

“Nice Staff very good location hotel”

The best

We had an excellent stay at the Palacio Avenida Hotel in Palma. One of the standout features is its superb location in the city center, Palma's main bus and train station near by. Our room is incredibly well-insulated from noise, ensuring a peaceful stay. A very comfortable room very clean and very spacious bathroom, Breakfast was very good Its central location, exploring all of Palma was a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy the best of what the city has to offer.

“A nice hotel to stay in Mallorca, walking distance to the city.”

The location was superb! Very close to walk anywhere in the city. Parking is possible on the nearby streets (get the app for the town). Very kind and helpful staff.

To be improved

The carpets and the bathroom need renovation. The breakfast although sufficient, was not up to par for a 4-star hotel.
