The best

The staff, they were very gentle ,polite,friendly and helpful. The team who were taking care of children they are absolutely wonderful , especially the lady Andrea. And the lady who is working in swimming pool as lifeguard are very helpful and friendly. We never feel we are in hotel . We feel as we are in some here with a lot of people who were taking care of our vacation making us happy.

To be improved

In Hotel is missing gym. WiFi is poor. Shower is very baldly design. Breakfast was similar in 5 days .

Food options were plentiful, the quality was okay, and actually good for the price we paid.

To be improved

The shower was full of calcium buildup and not really clean, the toilet paper did not have a holder, it was just placed on the table in front of the toilet.

Close to the shops and beach was a plus. Nice enough pool area if you are up at dawn for sunbeds.

To be improved

Don’t expect a sea view even though it lists it for all rooms !- see pic Staff very rude in restaurant - saw 2 altercations and had 1 myself as they wouldn’t let me bring my travel bag into the restaurant after I checked out for breakfast. Then couldn’t take a coffee into the adjacent lounge area! No fridge unless you pay £25 a week! No hairdryer, not even an asthmatic one unless you ask at reception. Mini disco was a teenager playing 80s rock through one speaker off his phone. Kids club.. a room to colour in but nobody actually running it. The kids water play area only runs an hour or so. Pool unheated (same as most) so be aware. Paper thin walls and windows so you can hear the massive air con unit running all night. Good luck if you have noisy neighbours with those walls.. see pic

Noisy neighbourhood, noisy street behind. No wc brush ir room 🤯🤯 Bad sound isolation, not clean, i saw many dust (not over bed,but everywhere)
