Hotel Papi Blau

Soundproof is absolutely awful: we heard every sound from our neighbours’ rooms, beginning with the shower and ending with their talkings. The shower in our room was leaking. There was no any shower kit (we had only soap). We believe that it is not looks and feels like 4 stars hotel.

A lot, staff attitude, conditions

Dissapointed with animation team. There was a decent number of staff but it seemed no proper energy from them. While there were moments of potential, the overall experience fell short of expectations. I heard other guests asking for other places to go on Saturday evening. Still very nice girls but only their presence seems not to be enough. Shows by people from outside were great.

Nothing to complaing about, really.

Bad smells damp must I had a tight chest they did nothing to assist I had to keep the door open and ask for heating but wasn't getting through So I thought ask the maintenance man who turned out to the manager

The douche took way to long to get cold and the showerhead wasnt comfortable The airco wasnt working properly and went 3 times to the reception for that and the maintenance guy should come and check it but never came. food was lukewarm, dry and there was little variety. I therefore skipped breakfast and when I woke up in the middle of the night I went home and when checking out I was not asked anything and did not say a bye, certainly not worth the 4 stars
