Hotel Parque La Paz

Amazing People working in this hotel make this an exceptional experience. We were Half Board for a week and have to say that it’s a lovely clean hotel. Plenty of subbed, room service daily, the food has been good :-) The on site massage by Claudia is highly recommended and a special thanks to Natalie in reception as well. Looking forward to visiting here again very soon.

Lovely hotel in good location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Stayed for one week self catering. Very clean accommodation, well equiped. We had ground floor apartment which looked onto nearby road. However quiet at night and felt private due to hedges and fencing. Great selection of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Pool area is kept very clean with lots of sunbeds.

Excellent hotel don’t listen to all the negative reviews… A family of 9 We have just returned after a great weeks all inclusive holiday …Rooms are large plenty wardrobe space big balcony … Breakfast was excellent plenty of choice from smoothies to a full English.. Lunch was also great plenty choice… The evening meal was ok as we eat out most nights so can’t really comment.. All inclusive drinks were good ..Beer / wine / Cava .. Pool area was perfect plenty room and sun loungers …Great location couple of minutes walk to the Golden Mile … Will Definitely recommend and return

This is a good hotel in a good location. Very handy to airport with a short walk along the promenades to the sea. Reception are very helpful and full of information and called us a taxi when we needed one for Siam Park. Pool area- clean pool area and lots of sunbeds in different areas. Water is quite cold due to difference in temperature outside in the air and the water but it is very refreshing . Cleaned every night after closing at 6pm. Rooms are good size with 2 single beds in one room and then a sofa bed and trundle bed which pulls out to make another bed in the sitting area. Good bathroom and shower. Rooms cleaned every day. Kettle and fridge all in room if you were self catering Food- we were AIl inclusive so all food available to eat . Breakfasts and dinner were full of different foods so always something to eat. Helpful being able to access drinks too during day to stay hydrated. We had a room out to the pool area and near the restaurant which was handy but sometimes a little noisy as you heard people around going up and down the corridor early. Staff were quick to respond to a noisy room near to ours . Great hotel and really recommend it. Would go back .

Do not recommend, gone right downhill. Stayed a few times but never again. Cockroaches in breakfast, hubby picked up a coconut and a roach crawled out this is in breakfast display. Reception staff rude and ubaccomodating and generally just dismissive. Will not be back. Gone right downhill. Do not recommend!

Just spent 10 days at this fabulous hotel, 7 of us. Rooms are spacious and very well equipped. Pool area great with loads of sun loungers. Food was excellent, plenty of choice every day. Staff were lovely and always helpful from the minute we checked in. Very very clean from rooms to restaurants to bars and pool area. Perfect location for shops, bars and beach. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.
