“Cons: Unhelpful staff and disgusting sewage smell coming from the bathroom into the room was unbearable I had to leave at 7am and had to find a different place to enjoy my morning. I was not even possible to even brush your teeth with that smell. The staff did not help and illegitimated my complaint and did not try to find a solution or even go and check.”

“Great location. Alcazar on the right hand side 5 min by foot, Giralda on the left also 5 min by foot. Good stuff. · Cons: If cleanliness is important to you, I do not recommend it. The room we got was full of dust, there are half tiles on the walls that stick out 1 cm and there is dust there. In addition, there is a high probability that you will get a room that is not in the pictures, it is very small, literally only the bed fits and there is no window, it has one very small window that looks at the inner courtyard, there is no daylight because it is very hidden. People from other rooms pass by the window so you are forced to close the blinds and feel like you are in a shoebox. Also, although reserved for two people, there is only one cup in the room, which I think could easily be solved because cups are not an investment. No hairdryer, that's good to know, but it was so hot that the hair dried in less than an hour. Of course, for this price, I don't expect the service of a hotel with many stars, but I think that the stars should affect the cleanliness.”
