The staff was rude. They forced us to upgrade to a more expensive for having a small child we wanted to sleep in our bed. They did not even have a double bed. Gave us a room in a basement and said they had no other rooms. We then found cockroaches in the bathroom. Then they offered another room upstairs that initially they didn’t have.

To be improved

The rude staff and loud neighbours. The hotels serves as a bar for locals who are very loud and shady.
