“Awful stay.”
The best

Location was good. But my chin dropped to the floor when I saw my room. Mouldy, smelly, dark. Like a cell. I spoke to the receptionist and said that it was totally unacceptable. They offered me another room, I accepted, but far from a good standard. I only stayed for 3 night. The breakfast , it was awful, dry bread , cold coffee tea etc. I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. The hotel could be amazing,it needs a total refurb. Also be careful on the steps ,stairs. A few did fall.

“Dirty, unkempt and broken floor! AVOID”
The best

Im convinced whoever gave this place anything more than 1 star is friends with the owner or staff. And for the ones saying that you get what you pay for, you are very wrong, we found very good hotels in the same area for the same price. The rooms do not match the pictures at all, they are old and dirty. We arrived late with a 1 year old baby, after a long day of travel expecting the good experience we always have had with you, only to discover that we have been completely lied to and the cute hotel we were expecting was in fact completely opposite. From the dirty and dusty reception, to the shaky elevator, to the dark of the hallway that we needed to use our phone flashlights to see and find our room, to the broken and very dirty floor, to the peeling walls and the very outdated furniture. Not to mention that the cot we requested for our baby was dirty and with holes in it. The broken and filthy floor was a safety hazard for our baby and us. When we expressed our concern we were told that we have no option but to stay there, but with ours and our baby’s wellbeing at stake. And because they had no other rooms we were left without a place to go to, as most hotels were fully booked, in a foreign country, at 3 am with a 1 year old baby. AVOID!

The breakfast wasnt the best but it’s good for it being included in the price. We really enjoyed they air conditioning as it was so hot and the hotel is in a good location very close to many things easy to walk to”

“Okay, not great”
The best

The rooms are fairly clean, however I was staying on the 2nd floor and we found 5 cockroaches in our room, one dead rest alive, which wasn’t nice at all. Staff are mostly friendly and breakfast is nice, however our bathroom door didn’t close. We asked the staff to fix it ans they said they would but never did, we stayed there for 5 days, would only recommend for one night.

“Cockroaches 🪳”
The best

i stayed with my school and We had to move rooms half way through our trip due to the amount of cockroaches we found in our room, the breakfast is also really disappointing only serving bread, egg, some meat and small crossaints. in our second room our bathroom door didn’t shut and we had to use a water bottle to try and hold it shut to give us some privacy and even after telling reception they didn’t do anything about it. one of our bed frames broke and fell foreword luckly we weren’t in bed yet or else that would have been a disaster. We had holes and cracks in the floor and walls which is how i’m guessing all the cockroaches got in. there was also a lot of noise at night as people were going in and out of the hotel. very spooky and wouldn’t recomend.
