Absolutely blown away! Amazing property! Very quiet hillside location overlooking the estuary. Make sure that you eat at the Michelin two star restaurant on the property.

“Romantic getaway”

The best

The concept of the hotel is amazing, focusing on the incredible Galicia gastronomy. So food and wine were really superb 👌🏻. One on The best dinners i have ever had. The room has all you need plus super comfy bed and of course the views!

To be improved

The staff from reception weren’t very knowledgeable or caring… our arrival was a bit disappointing, the lady in reception forgot to tell us about the snack in our room and we only fount out the next day when something was smelly! Or help us with our luggage. But the waiter and sommelier in our dinner were really amazing. Guests who have allergies should be taken into consideration a bit more.

A one night stop on a road trip in the region A very special place to stay and eat but….

The restaurant is very high end and while the tasting menu is very good, the price is arguably excessive At our lunch, we were the only customers - which tells a story Breakfast revealed only 2 other guests It’s very distinctive and high end for the region, but arguably aiming a bit too high A beautiful place. But it may need to tone things down a bit to survive and get back the significant investment It risks being a bit too dry/ lacking in atmosphere - not my thing

“Great location, but rooms uncomfortable, AC requires work”

Location, the view, the environment and atmosphere, the staff. All amazing.

To be improved

The rooms were very hot and uncomfortable. The AC was maybe not working properly and even after calling reception, we had to be out of the room for the whole afternoon and evening before dinner. Luckily, by the pool we had a very good time. The pool water is very cold, though.
