“Santander is a nice city to visit, especially taking the ferry to the other side of the harbour.”

Great location, although a little difficult to locate the entrance, up an alley off the main road. Comfortable room, clean and a reasonable size. Lift from Reception to the floors where the bedrooms are.

To be improved

Shame about the slope up the alley to the entrance, and the stairs up to Reception. Dining area on the main street and not exclusive to the hotel.

An explanation of how breakfast worked would have been helpful, the first day we did not realise we could ask for frittata.
