The best

The rooms were big and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially for Florence - her headlamp went and they helped to find a place she could buy one, calling to check opening times and if they had stock. Parking was on street but safe.

Breakfast was simple but good self service, location on Main Street easy to find, bar was the hub of the local community

To be improved

Not much English spoken, bar was very noisy, no aircon in rooms

Breakfast was fine. room cleaned. Hotel was central to the city.

To be improved

broken flush toilet running water all night, We couldn't turn off the tap because it was damaged. We couldn't regulate the temperature in the room because the regulator was blocked. In a hotel, as a guest, we expect to be able to regulate the air conditioning or central heating.
