Excellent beachside hotel Great location. Lovely helpful staff. Outstanding buffet breakfast. Extensive dinner menu, food a little expensive but very tasty. Bedroom well equipped however a little small. Highly recommended.

“Beach front hotel with some good points in Plaja d’Aro, Spain”

The best

The reception was quite friendly and clear. We asked a room with twin beds and got one (great). We got a room with sea view, which we didn’t ask, and since it was on the first floor, it was quite noisy until deep in the night (we only stayed one night so didn’t bother, but if you are a light sleeper staying multiple nights, consider asking for a room in the back or side, or higher up). The room was rather basic, bed and pillows of mediocre quality. The room was quite clean, the common areas less so. The breakfast was ok. The pool area on the top floor nice. The restaurant was not bad, but the least one during our four day stay in Plaja d’Aro.

“A nice hotel, nice breakfast, nice rooftoop and close to the ocean. · Cons: It is a very noicy hotel, you can hear people in the other rooms, hear the cleaning early in the morning and hear a lot of noice outside the hotel becuase the city is quite busy and people like to party and scream to each other outside on the beach at night. We tried to order glutenfree (because of allergies) but unfortunately they dont understand the full concept of not having gluten in a sauce and so on, so unfortunately my daugther got sick from it.”

The staff is very helpful and respectful. The rooms are always clean , great breakfast and wonderful customer service. All the front desk associates are nice. Special recognition to Mark , he helped us since the first day with advice and absolutely great attitude. Thank you
