“Firstly the reception staff are excellently welcoming. Greeted with warmth and happiness, any questions they will answer and help as much as possible. The hotel in itself is beautifully kept and the building well maintained, I love the fact you walk in from outside and it's well air conditioned, clean and contemporary. Gym facilities and a wellness centre for relaxation and massages. Sorry next time I shall indulge and book in. The service staff, responsible for the ensuring rooms are made up and cleaned are excellent, very welcoming and embracing. Very polite and professional and even though in my room, still can still be present too. Trustworthy, beautiful personalities and just generally very nice people to be around at any time. I am a solo traveller but this hotel by far is where I have been for the past 3 years. I stay here while I celebrate San Joan and honestly the location is fantastic 10 minutes right out of the gate and you're heading to the quieter location of Cambrils, air of caution though for the street vendors selling counterfeit goods, do not purchase from these, they are not bargains and you are aiding a lot of criminal activities in the background, but also enabling a level of illegal working of Senegalese and Somalian unethical ways of life which the local policia and guardia de civil are working hard to crackdown on, across the road is the gelato parlour and the harbour perfect for the water taxi into Cambrils main town which again is a fantastic day to taste fantastic foods and experience the Catalan culture. Left out of the hotel and you will embrace the full typical tourist night life of Salou. It's very hustling and bustling, the hotel's location enables the opportunity to feel you are going out and able to come away from the heavy footfall. · Cons: Having to come home after such a lovely 7 nights away. I needed to return to spend lots of love with my husky and parrot.”
