Nice, responsive owner, excellent location, just around the corner is the embankment and the ocean, near the hotel there are many cafes, restaurants, shops. Wonderful people! Gran Canaria is love! We will definitely return to this island!

The best

Location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, 1 min walk to the beach. For Beach holiday it is very perfect location. This location is surrounded by lovely local food tapas bar and restaurant. Closure to airport. Also 18 min to Maspalomas from this place. check in and check out was very simple and uncomplex. like it. Air condition was working fine.

To be improved

Basic facilities like shower water was so poorly adjusted. No flow in hot water, cold water was falling little bit. Terrible experience with shower. Towels were given only two days, rest of the days has to live with wet/ uncleaned towels, this is not acceptable. Terasse and room has a permanent smell, room / wash room floor was not cleaned enough unfortunately.

The location was great, just 1 min walk from the beach. Comfortable bed and all essentials are provided.

To be improved

The water power in the tap was very low . The Towels were smelly.
