“I don’t think I’ll be choosing this hotel again.”

• being located right by the sea • friendly and smiling staff

• Uncomfortable beds, • Extremely thin windows that let in all the noise from the street; you can hear everyone walking outside. If you’re a light sleeper, this will be a serious issue. • I can’t say the rooms were fully clean. Since the shower cabin doesn’t close properly, the entire bathroom gets soaked during a shower. • If you’re considering getting dinner here, definitely don’t. It’s not worth it. While there’s a corner where you can get water during breakfast, you’re forced to pay for water during dinner. They try to sell water even in incredibly hot weather — totally unacceptable in my opinion. • The pool is very small and there aren’t enough sunbeds, mostly because of some clever hotel guests who think throwing a towel down reserves them. • Beer prices are absurdly high — they charge €5.5 for a 35cl beer. • Now for the biggest issue: due to drunk German guests, the atmosphere is far from peaceful. This was definitely not what I was expecting. I don’t think I’ll be choosing this hotel again.

“Disappointing and very noisy”

To be improved

Extremely noisy and not in a nice area. Our room was at the front of the hotel and there was no double glazing to lessen the noise from outside. Not as comfortable as I would expect from a 4 star hotel and staff not particularly helpful or friendly. Air conditioning in our room was not effective and the room could have done with painting as water damage to ceiling in bathroom. Disappointing as not a cheap hotel.

“Very good hotel”

The best

Very good hotel, with excellent breakfast and delicious dinner with many great specialties as seafood and Spanish paella… Pleasure stuff in hotel. Location hotel is good because it has direct access to the beach and there is also a bus stop to the city of Palma and airport, near the hotel.

To be improved

Location good because direct access to the beach, but hasn’t sun-beds and umbrellas. You must to pay 60€ for set. The hotel is located between two nightclubs, so there is a lot of noise at night, almost until the morning

“Great hotel with great daytime location.”

The best

Junior suite was excellent and sea views perfect. Breakfast was very good with large variety of food on offer. Proximity to beach and promenade fantastic.

To be improved

A bit close to main drinking and clubbing area made surrounding area feel a little intimidating at night. Hotel was safe and secure though - a haven of calm in the middle of drinking madness.
