“Terrible chaotic service!”
The best

Came in as quite a youngish couple, left as over the hill pensioners! The food is good but the service totally chaotic. Had some prawns, octopus, tuna fish and 2 prawns in batter. A bottle of wine came to £127.40. OK for what we had but the service was SOOOOOOO SLOW! Will not return!

The hotel advertised air conditioner in rooms. When we checked in and paid we found that the air conditioner was not working. I immediately went to the desk and was told it hadn't worked all week I explained that my husband was on cancer treatment and suffered with hot flushes. He needed to be able to rest in a cool room. ( Bearing in mind it was very warm outside.). The receptionist said to open the windows. This would have been worse. I asked for a refund as we needed to move to another hotel . She refused although we had not even unpacked or used the room at all. I booked another hotel WITH BOOKING.COM and we moved. The hotel advertised air conditioning so the hotel were in breach of their description as set out in BOOKING.COM.
