Hotel Playa Las Sinas

No option for early check, even though the hotel was empty. The restaurant is not open for guests during the week only Friday to Sunday. The only place to eat was walking distance to Bahia Las Sinas which was excellent.

The check in was interesting... There was nobody to check us in. No one at the front desk!! The maid that happen to be cleaning, was the one that checked us in. A restaurant on the premises was advertised. However, since it was the end of the tourist season, this was closed. As well, our room was to have a balcony and a garden view. None of this was true! The view we had was on a adjacent vacant lot and we had no balcony! Furthermore, the hotel had no heat on! Thanks to the maid, we were given a little space heater. Although, 24 hour security is advertised, the main door to the premises was always open. We stayed there for two night and the staff never showed up...not even the maid, thus no housekeeping services.

Breakfast expensive

Bare minimum of a hotel room. Eg. had no glasses for water, no facilities nearby for water.

The hotel doesn’t have ventilators, toiletry available in sachets shampoo and gel, the toilet is old, the shower is very small and pressure weak, was a challenge had a shower.
