The best

We stayed at this lovely hotel for one night and had a truly wonderful experience. Everything was smooth and well organized. The reception team was exceptionally kind and welcoming, they even offered us an early check-in and 3 free room upgrades, which was such a nice surprise. The room honestly felt like a 5-star stay, clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. At checkout, they kindly offered to keep our luggage until our departure, which was really helpful. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made a big impression on us. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit Castelldefels!

The best

Friendly staff and a good beachfront location. Lovely corner room with 2 balconies. There was lots of fireworks and music due to the San Juan festival, but staff warned us and it was fun.

To be improved

The tea and coffee was not replaced during our stay. No big deal though.

“I loved the location. It’s literally in front of the street. · Cons: I didn’t like that they charged me the additional fee for my service dogs. Even though I mentioned to the staff I have all the certificates, etc for them. They said it’s a policy for the hotel, something that has never happened to me before.”
