Good location close to the beach and accessible, with great views.
Staff were friendly and accommodating, contributing positively to the overall experience.
Rooms were clean and tidy, though some comments indicate room quality issues.
Overall good stay with some minor improvements needed.
Good deal for the price paid, though some amenities could be better.
Breakfast often cold and limited food options.
“Warm and welcoming. Lovely visit to a lovely hotel.”
A lovely, friendly, clean and comfortable hotel in a great position for seeing the area. A balcony view over the pool, park and sea made it very special. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was more than acceptable.
“Retirement home”
My family and myself came to this hotel for Christmas it was the worst holiday we ever had we tried to make the best of it as much as we could very bad entertainment for kids it was like an old folks home a retirement home old people and careers all over elderly disabled people been giving medication inside of the breakfast area coming over touching the kids I asked the careers do they live here full time and she said no she leaves but someone else will come to take care of the elderly so I believe it is a retirement home I would not recommend any family to visit this hotel as it is also very far from the town center no shops around very hard to get a taxi also some staff was nice some where very ignorant wouldn’t be for family’s more for couples food was a hit and miss also was no beach rocks yes but no beach maybe 15/20 minute walk to the beach not like stated on love holidays I was full board not even water was included absolutely ridiculous
“Lovely week away”
Currently waiting for our taxi to return us to the airport after a lovely week. I was a bit apprehensive as we got such a good deal for a family of 5 but apart from the lack of food to choose from I couldn’t fault the hotel or the staff. Views are one of the best I’ve ever had and in the past we’ve paid for less of a view from our balcony. All the staff we came across were always friendly and said hello. The drinks we were shocked to find they don’t give you cheap anything it’s all the real deal even down to the Diet Coke! We would definitely return. Sad to be leaving. The rooms were spacious and the immaculate. Sad to be leaving. We would definitely return.
“Fabulous hotel on every level”
We stayed from 7-14 October and were absolutely thrilled with the hotel from arrival to departure. The room was really spacious for a couple, with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea, we opted for a safe which we had to pay 14 euros for but gave us peace of mind, there was also a fridge in the room which was great. The pool and facilities were good and the bar well stocked as we were all inclusive premium so could have premium spirits, even at the pool side bar (didn't get the bar mans name but very friendly and helpful to us). The guys behind the main bar Alain and Luis were fantastic all week, happy to help everyone whilst keeping a smile on their faces. The entertainment team were very good with the children that were staying, always plenty to do and we had the pleasure of meeting Pulpi too. The buffet food each day was varied and we ate there for all three meals most days. Location is great for the beach (La Mata) a tiny stroll along from the hotel, and there are various bars restaurants along the front and a really lovely market in the streets of the town on a Wednesday. If you like a walk, then it's walkable to get into main Torrevieja which we did twice, there and back, took about 30 minutes each way, but if not the A bus goes in and out regularly and the bus stop is right outside the hotel. A big thank you to all the staff from reception to restaurant, bar and housekeeping, you all do the hotel proud. We genuinely were upset to leave. Would highly recommend this hotel.
“Loved it, but wouldn’t return”
Just got back from a week here. Here is my honest review: Pros - so clean! Rooms are immaculate and we got fresh towels every day. The bar isn’t expensive (we were full board) €3 for a beer. The food was not bad, something for everyone. Lovely view of the beach and pool. The little slide was a huge hit with my son. The cocktails were strong! They use proper spirits, so good if you’re all inclusive! Cons - there are not enough sunbeds. This then causes people to queue at the barrier and then run to a bed when it’s opened. The pool and barrier is open from 10am. This seemed late in my opinion with children. The pool was crowded, very busy. No lilos allowed and the lifeguard is on a power trip, so strict! The dinner is open from 8pm, again very late for small children. The entertainers are Spanish and I couldn’t understand them when they tried to speak English. They do favour the Spanish families/children. There isn’t a huge lot to do on your doorstep, so be prepared to walk or taxi. There was no pool towels. The pool area and sunbeds are all in the shade from 5pm. All in all, we had a lovely holiday but I wouldn’t go back to this hotel, the lack of sunbeds put me off
“Everything we expected and more”
I was a bit apprehensive as we got a really good price, but once we arrived and got our bearings, we realised we had got a bargain. Hotel was clean as a whistle, with rooms cleaned and fresh towels daily. Plenty of variety of food and as a picky eater I didn’t go hungry. Pool was brilliant, however as a smoker you are not allowed to smoke round it.(which isn’t a problem) and it doesn’t open till 10.00. All inclusive drinks were premium spirits and the staff were all very polite. Lovely sandy beach a couple of minutes walk up the road and a short taxi drive in to the centre of Torrevieja which has a huge amount of restaurants and bars. All in all, a great experience and would definitely use the hotel again.
