“The location is excellent. Walkable to all the attractions and transportation services. The location also has luggage storage options, which is a huge plus given most places in the area don't have free full day luggage storage. This comes in handy if you arrive before the check in time or if your flight is way after the check out time. The staff were also super helpful with communication with the airport luggage delivery staff(who only spoke Spanish) after my luggage was delayed. · Cons: No breakfast provided and no kettle in the room. If you're an impulsive tea and coffee drinker, you need to plan for having this bought from outside. There's a restaurant right next door so that helps. No full time reception, so you need to pre communicate everything that needs reception support.”

“Great hotel in a fantastic location”
The best

The hotel was in a perfect location in the heart of the city. Close to the hop on hop off bus stop and near enough to walk to the Plaza de Espana where we went to see the Kyle concert. Loads of bars and restaurants very close. Great communication from the hotel by WhatsApp as the reception is not manned 24 hours a day. Message sent with all the codes to get into the hotel and the rooms. When they saw we had arrived they phoned us to check everything OK. We arrived at 9.30 am and 5 of our 6 rooms were available for us. Nice modern bathroom. We were in 306 which is a big room. There is a terrace on the roof although in July it was too hot to sit on. There is a room to put your luggage in if you are leaving after 12 when you have to be out of the room. There is a machine in the reception area where you can puchase drinks and snacks. Would definetely go back if we go to Seville again.

To be improved

Unfortunately there are building works going on opposite but they only work in the morning so not a big problem. Obviously nothing the hotel can do about that.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city.

To be improved

It would have been very helpful if there had been someone at reception when arrived late evening, since we could not find our room number posted in the elevator. We had to call and were told our room's number was the only one not posted in the elevator. It would have been helpful to know this in advance. There were 2 bathrooms, one of the shower heads was broken. The safe in the room was also broken.
