“Great stay but please sort the check in times”
The best

Really quirky Bo-ho vibe which was lovely. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was big and clean. Bathroom was clean and good sized walk in shower. Great for dogs. Parking right outside hotel which was free

To be improved

Check in was awful. Between 2pm and 5.30pm the check in is not available. On booking.com it states you can phone a number and arrange a check in between these hours. We did phone but the lady says no, come back at 5.30pm. It was 2.30 so we had to spend 3 hours away.

The staff were quite helpful and sympathetic. Additionally, the location is conveniently close to the city center, and nearby parking is available.

“Staff were helpful - at the times they were available. Although it's way from the city centre, there's a reasonable choice of places to eat nearby. And it's convenient for the (older) railway station and bus station - plus I found free parking close to the hotel · Cons: Restricted opening times for check-in - although booking.com says check-in from 14:00, reception doesn't open until 17:30, and check-in therefore has to be between 17:30 and 20:30. Lighting in room was poor - I could hardly see to pack my bags”
