Getting to this part of the city it's a bit annoying and the breakfast is too expensive for what it is

The parking costs 10 euro per day - to be paid separately. The room had 'view' of the train tracks and we could hear the trains which disturbed our sleep. There were no electric plugs on either side of the bed, despite having 3 switches of lights on each side . Instead of all the light switches, please put an electric plug on each side of the bed. People need to charge their phones! The lighting in the room was dim.At the same time the tone of the light is office white almost blueish which doesn't make any cosy atmosphere. There weren't any decorations on the walls. There was no trash bin in the room; there was a trash bin only in the bathroom and it had no lid. Not a pleasant sight. There was no make-up mirror and the lighting in the bathroom is too dark for putting make-up. In the bathroom there were 2 single use very cheap plastic cups instead of normal drinking cups or glasses. Definitely I'd expect a normal drinking glass from a 4star hotel.. The room had a safe in the closet with a key, however the safe was locked and there was no key, so we couldn't use it.

I think it is a joke to give this motel 4 stars. After 10 minutes of booking, they told me I would not receive a bed for my child. OK — I do not need one. They charge 10 EUR per night for parking - OK. In the room, the AC works like a Carrier (for some reason, booking doesn't allow uploading a video). No toothbrush, no water, empty fridge, no slippers.

Nothing springs to mind.
