I felt safe and slept well. Staff were helpful when available.The bathroom was pleasantly presented.

To be improved

Staff was not always available particularly early mornings and evenings. The wifi was broken so I incurred heavy data charges from my network. The shower wasn't nice at all, hardly any water, and the toilet flush cistern was broken so was very, very noisy. Constant loud noise in the bathroom when the light is switched on.

Clean, big, views, location.

Staff. He felt like we where not welcome. When we go down for breakfast that was included he said we had to tell him day before so he would prepare it. He never said anything about that. When asking what all the keys where for he was like Duhh. Really bad experience with the staff, the only staff member to be seen.
