“staying in this hotel is not a good experience.”

The best

This was a really bad experience, don't expect a good hotel with friendly behavior. I booked a room for a week, the sheets were not changed and they were dirty, the reception said that only on the first day they will give water, coffee, tea, soap as a welcome gift and for the rest of the days of stay nothing will be given, which I have never experienced in any hotel. The behavior of the reception staff is not friendly at all. Overall, staying in this hotel is not a good experience.

“Coffee could be better.”

The best

Nice modern hotel . Our room was a good size, with a swish bathroom. Breakfast is a continental style buffet and is fine. Coffee is out of a machine. Situated 2 miles from the cathedral, through the city which is a ok walk. There is a pleasant walk along side the river, or get the No6 bus from outside the hotel. Very importantly, our room had a kettle. A nice stay.

“Nice hotel”

The best

Good clean comfortable hotel. We went during peak hot season, the air-conditioning in the room was perfect. Breakfast is simple and nice. May be it was not very busy at this time, but they allowed to stay in the room 2 hours beyond the scheduled check-out time. Overall very happy experience in the hotel for 3 nights. Only a very small observation is the location of the hotel is around 5 km away from the Seville main historic centre.

“Cozy but far from attractions”

The best

This hotel is far from major attractions however the bus is just 2 roads away and if you don't mind walking you can see all major attractions once you in the city. Hotel is cozy and staff are Friendly . Hot and cold breakfast is provided as standard only the potata omlet is cold here when compared to other breakfasts.

“Disappointing!”

The best

Hello! The location is ok, close to the objectives. I can't say the same about the staff. Things disappeared from our room, we complained, without any results (they claimed that the staff there would never resort to such gestures and that's it... - DISAPPOINTING!!!) If you choose this hotel, pay attention to the things left in the room (phones, headphones, games, chargers, etc.), there is a good chance that you will be left without them!!!
