Hotel Posada del Lucero

Amazing hotel right in the centre of old Seville. Some of the friendliest staff I have ever encountered in any hotel and nothing is too much trouble for them. Particular mention to the chap who greeted us when we returned to pick up our luggage and head to the room after we were a little early for check in and the hotel kept it behind reception. The hotel itself is beautiful, retaining all of its original charm and decor and the location is perfect. Very quiet, excellent breakfast and spotlessly clean. Definitely going back and would recommend it to anyone who's looking for top class accommodation in the centre of Seville!!

We are having the best time - the hotel staff are amazing, especially Olga! Very warm and friendly - nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast is fantastic - fresh fruit and lovely pastries, plus a glass of cava! Highly recommend the hotel - lovely rooms, beautiful decor, gorgeous rooftop bar! Great location

We stayed for just one night but were really wowed by this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the service was very professional. We arrived early and left our bags, receiving a text later to say our room was ready and finding our bags already delivered to our room when we arrived. That evening, we had a knock on our door and were greeted with a bottle of cava to celebrate my husband's birthday - they noted his date of birth on check-in. Like, how incredible is that for customer service! The room itself was large, with a dressing room separating the bedroom from the bathroom. We had asked for a quiet room and had a view overlooking one of Seville's side streets, which was lovely. The breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice, and good coffee. This was our fourth visit to beautiful Seville. We hope to return again and will, without doubt, choose this hotel again.

Fantastic hotel in a great location in old town area. Excellent service, very friendly & helpful staff, who gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants. Very comfortable rooms, super comfy bed & very clean. Just a really lovely place to stay.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying five nights in this lovely hotel. One of the major strengths of this hotel is the people who work there. From cleaners, breakfast staff to front of house everyone was a delight, so friendly and helpful. The owners of the hotel must be very proud to have such amazing staff. We stayed in a standard room on the second floor for four nights and one night in a superior room. Everything about the rooms was first class. Amazingly clean (as was all the hotel) , great bedding and towels, big bed, good toiletries and ample room. Tea and coffee provided and a large TV with numerous English language channels. Breakfast was first class, the choice was superb from cereal to meats, cheese , hot items and the most amazing breads and fruits. Add the pastries and choice of drinks and you are set up for the day. The hotel is one of the oldest buildings in Seville and retains lpts of its old charm with an open courtyard in the centre of the hotel with a pleasant inside and outside lounge surrounding it. Due to the weather not being the best we did not really go to the rooftop terrace and bar ,but it is a very attractive area. The location is good being just round the corner from the oldest inn in town, five minutes from Seteas and about fifteen minutes walk from the cathedral, palace and river . If we ever return to Seville we would certainly wish to stay here again. Brilliant staff and hotel

The service from the moment we entered was perfect. It’s a small hotel in an historic building, but has been renovated to the highest standards. It’s very close to all that you need to see in Seville. I recommend recommended highly.
