“Cancelled booking not handled well”

Our booking got cancelled the night before. The owner of the hotel claims it was a mistake by Booking.com which off course could be the case, however he did not handle very professionally. He didn’t apologise, wanted us to arrange the cancellation with booking and kept calling us during our holliday to check if it was done. Not something you’re waiting for when you also have to arrange a new place to stay in the middle of high season.

Fantastic quiet & peaceful location, comfortable & clean room, powerful shower, easy parking on site. Great breakfast and friendly staff who went out of their way to be helpful despite the language barrier!
