“Incredible value for the room we had.”
The best

We loved the room, it had everything we wanted. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family nearby. The reception and staff were very efficient and professional. There is also underground parking available. Really good value for money.

Could not find fault with anything.

The location it is convenient because is close by to many places of interest. For people like shopping there is a shopping mall close by only 7 minutes away walking and many places for eating.

Hotel bed was small and uncomfortable

To be improved

Hotel reception Alberto was extremely rude. We kindly asked help for collecting our luggage, he didn’t offer any information to help . He used an unpleasant tone :’ ask the porter !!’ When I asked where is the porter, he replied:” I don’t know!’ We ordered taxi from the hotel , the taxi driver was waiting for us for 10 minutes already. We need to go to the airport asap. He was standing there with no customers in front of him , but he was not willing to help us. And we feel extremely discriminated against us . Maybe because we are tourists or because we are Asian. For sure he would not talk to the locals the way he talked to us . I myself also working in service industry, attitude like this is not acceptable. He definitely ruined our whole Spain trip . Through all our trip , all the Spanish people were sweet and nice , except him . Luckily the staff stand next to him at the reception responded us and helped. If the reception staff could help , why he wasted our 10 minutes time there. His behavior, attitudes were not professional at all.

“Friendly staff and tasty restaurant food.”
The best

Our group of 18 stayed here for two nights on our trip through Spain. The hotel is clean, the rooms are larger than in other hotels we have been to and the staff is friendly and helpful. The free Wi-Fi was very good and the beds were comfortable. The onsite restaurant is one of the best we have experienced on our trip. Would recommend this hotel.
