Staff friendly. Decent size room with 2 double beds. Location good....15 min walk to the town centre bars etc

To be improved

Bathroom small and dated. Paid for breakfast on the last day but hot food was cold.

The staff were pleasant and approachable, they were clear, concise and helpful. The lady at breakfast was particularly welcoming and warm, with a friendly approach. The room was basic, but had all that was needed, AC, a balcony and a TV that switched to English with a tap of a button, oh and a fridge (more about this below). Breakfast was included, and had a limited choice, but enough to make one content. Overall a decent little hotel.

To be improved

They charged me for the use of the hotel room fridge!! I have travelled as much as the next guy and never ever I been charged for the fridge, I mean it was 33c outside, daily and I needed cold water, and this hotel thought it was best that they charge for the fridge! Totally unreasonable and unfair, as the fridge is essential in that kind of heat. They need to change this as it's not a good look.

My mother and her husband had a wonderful stay at Hotel President in Salou. She said: The rooms were clean, and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was very important during the hot days. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The location is great, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet still quiet at night. Overall, a great experience - highly recommended!

“I don’t think I would stay again which is a shame as location is good but facilities lacking and need updating.”

I thought it was mis sold to us there were no sun parasols on roof no shade what so ever. No bar or shop as advertised.

To be improved

Everything except one lovely lady on receptionist who was polite and looked after us. I did not like the dining room staff/cook who was rude and unprofessional. The jacuzzi on the roof top terrace has put me off for life due to the fact a Spanish guest thought it was appropriate to stroke my leg this is not normal behaviour and very unacceptable.
