“Good location staffed reception 24 hours · Cons: I was abit disappointed that I wasn’t allowed to take my teenagers into Philippines downstairs as I was when I came back in 2019. I maybe understand for a Friday or Saturday night but it was the May school holidays so I was abit disappointed as it’s a safe venue to go in Benidorm”

“This hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything was great, rooms,staff and especially the food. Even the pool was hot.. Fan with air conditioning was great , made a huge difference. · Cons: A salt water pool is my only dislike, but I even got over that as pool was so warm”

The best

A lovely hotel hard working staff my room was always spotlessly cleaned every morning

To be improved

I didn't like that once your tea coffee and sugar was used in your room that you had to pay for a refill those little extras make a difference it's a shame
