“Family vacations”
Good Location, check in and check out quick and smooth. The breakfast was nice had some variety of bread, fruit and others. However if you are late somethings run out. The apartment was great regarding space and comfort. However, it was very warm and if you open the windows the noise of the street can be loud at night (cars and people). The apartment had 3 rooms for 6 people, but one of the beds was like a single bed and they did not change it. Also the kitchen did not had any utilities to cook you have to pay extra. The cleaning staff were amazing and left everything spotless.

“A very average hotel for the money”
We stayed as a family of 4 adults for a mini break to Madrid and Parque Warner POSITIVES The location is only about 15 mins from the theme park The breakfast was very varied with hot and cold options The room was clean It’s right next to a shopping mall and has a food court that’s open late In our junior suite it was spacious for 4 adults and both bedrooms were en-suite with 2 sinks, bidet, toilet, bath and shower in each. The rooms are spacious NEGATIVES Our bathroom flooded. When we took the plug from the bath tub there was a smell of drains and then water came up through the floor by the toilet. We had to move rooms for 4 of us at midnight after a long day at the theme park. This was done promptly but the room was on the top floor (4th) with all the air conditioning vents around. We tried to use the parking when we arrived but the machine said it was full. We didn’t realise you had to go inside and check in first so we had to park in the Mall and carry the bags. This process wasn’t clear. Once checked in there is number plate recognition so it’s easy from then but parking is quite expensive. The breakfast room was extremely busy on the last day and we were seated outside of it in the bar area where people were queuing to get in and standing against our table. I think the overflow seating is not well thought out as we had kids (and adults) leaning on our table while waiting to go in to breakfast. In our first and second accommodations only one bedroom in each had a tv. One time the double and the other the twin. There was a space on the wall for them but no actual tv. There was one in the living area in both. The orange juice in the breakfast area is some kind of orange drink. For the price of the hotel I would expect some actual juice.
“Fixable things that once looked at would make it an excellent hotel”
The staff are lovely but the reception is very slow, even with simple questions. The room is huge but largely empty with uncomfortable furniture. I had 2 singles pushed together and not a double, they could have attached the 2 and made it a double but didn't. You also couldn't sit up in bed as it would move away from the wall so to watch the TV you had to use the uncomfortable chairs. The shower was fantastic, strangely though the screen had a gap between it and the bath. This meant when having a shower it would flood the bathroom floor. There was no extraction in there either so the lovely big mirror, great for after the shower was streamed right up. I also found the heating to be hit or miss. The first night I was cold and the second very warm.
