“Slightly overrated”
The best

Centrally located but parking difficult - we were very lucky to find a meter. Friendly, helpful reception staff. Adequate breakfast but fruit juice supplied was unpleasant.

To be improved

Quite a few steps up to where the lifts started. Not 4* quality overall; more like 2/3*.

We decided to cancel our stay and book another hotel because the conditions were extremely unhealthy. We had two rooms: the first one had a flood coming from the ceiling and water spreading across the floor, while the second had visible mold on the walls and a terrible smell. The rooms were very outdated, with decor that looked over 50 years old, and the photos on Booking.com were not accurate. Additionally, the lobby was not accessible for travel bags — you have to carry them up stairs just to reach the elevator. Overall, the hotel felt like a neglected facility from the 1980s, far from what was advertised.
