“Good location, no air conditioning.”
The best

Good location opposite the promenade and great views from the ninth floor breakfast room. HOWEVER no air conditioning throughout the entire hotel despite controls on the wall in the bedrooms. Not due to be repaired any time soon according to the hotel. (Previous reviewers have also mentioned this). Not acceptable for a supposedly 4 star hotel during hot weather.

“Rather a 3 star than a 4 star hotel”

From me; 2 out of 5 is not the same as 2 out of 5 stars. I give this 2 out of 5 because I had expectations to a 4-star hotel, which it says on the internet. The hotel’s safe and AC did not work during our time at the hotel. The breakfast was not worth a 4 star as they were out of food and glasses much of the time. However, great location!

Amazing sea view in our room. Good location just in front of the city beach. Our family room was big and clean, with big windows.

“I'd stay here again, but I would appreciate the honesty of the air conditioning.”

Excellent Location, Friendly Staff, Nices Rooms

To be improved

Room description indicates has Air Conditioning, when in fact, they don't. We had to sleep with the windows open. However, despite being July, the temperatures was in the low 70's and quite comfortable.
