“Good value hotel in a great location”
The best

This hotel is very easy to find and has a free car park in front, or free on-street parking all around the hotel. The staff were very friendly and there is a good bar/cafeteria with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The hotel is situated on a roundabout as you enter the town and it's an easy, short walk to the old town, castle, market and Plaza Mayor (good tapas and very friendly staff at La Castilla in the Plaza Mayor). Everywhere in the hotel was spotlessly clean, the aircon was fab and the bed and pillows were very comfy. We would definitely stay here again and Ciudad Rodrigo is a lovely place to visit and spend a day/night.

To be improved

A fridge would have been good, especially as we visited during a heatwave!

Judith, the receptionist was very polite and professional.

We didn’t have internet during our entire stay in the hotel. I complained about it but they said that when the hotel is full they always have a problem with the wifi.
